FINSA is the first company in Mexico to build an entirely sustainable building certified by LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and the first developer in Mexico in the process of certifying all its developments as “Clean Industrial Parks” granted by the Office of Environmental Protection (PROFEPA).
FINSA also introduced in Mexico the concept of “Automotive Clusters” with parks dedicated to manufacturers of automotive parts, enabling just in time/just in sequence implementation, as well as the concept of integrated developments that combine housing, industry, and commerce.
