The Give Back program was established in 2010 in response to the strong need to keep key organizations that provide emotional and financial support to the less fortunate, from becoming nonexistent. The program allowed each Laufer employee to set aside a dollar amount to donate to an organization or charity. All 130 Laufer employees actively participated.
