Fit Happens When You Start With Curiosity

Every distribution operation has its own rhythm. Different products, different volumes, different growth plans, different budgets. Which makes you wonder why so many material handling system providers equip systems with capacity or features that you don’t need — or under-spec and leave out ones that you do.
At LogistiQ, we believe the best material handling solutions start with one simple question: What’s the best fit for your operation?
That mindset is at the core of everything we do. We don’t lead with products. We start by listening. We work alongside our customers to understand how their facilities operate today, where bottlenecks exist and what things might look like a few years down the road. Sometimes, the answer is an extremely robust, high-throughput conveyor system. Sometimes, it’s something a whole lot simpler. The goal isn’t to sell the biggest, flashiest solution. It’s to build the right one. That’s why we’re dedicated to delivering modular, customizable solutions sized to fit each operation, instead of forcing operations to fit the equipment — and foot the hefty bill that comes with it.
The LogistiQ approach is grounded in more than a century of manufacturing experience. We might have opened our doors in 2021, but our roots trace back to 1917, through the family business that became LEWCO. Across generations, we’ve evolved from a local welding shop into a manufacturer of conveyor and sortation systems serving automotive, parcel, retail, e-commerce and other fulfillment and distribution operations. Throughout that history, we’ve learned that the best material handling solutions address today’s challenges with an eye toward making it easier to handle what comes next.

Today, our teams engineer, manufacture, install and support our solutions, for cost efficiency and quality control. That vertical integration helps us stay closely connected to every stage of a project, from the first conversation through installation and long-term support. It also means that the people who design the system have an intimate understanding of how it will be built, installed, maintained and adapted over time and they deliberately engineer it for ease across that full lifecycle.
That’s vital to us, because ownership doesn’t end when a system starts running. Distribution operations change, product mixes evolve, facilities expand and customer expectations shift. Material handling systems have to be able to change with them. That’s why we focus on practical, modular designs that are more efficient to maintain and expand. Finding the balance between addressing a customer’s needs today and preparing them for where their business is headed next is where experience — and plenty of thoughtful questions — make all the difference.
How we work with our customers is equally important. We’re not vendors that just hand off equipment. We become an extension of the teams we work with, collaborating through design decisions, installation, startup and beyond. Material handling projects are focused on solving operational challenges for our customers. Building trust starts with listening, communicating clearly and making complex decisions easier to understand.
That philosophy has fueled steady growth. Since we became an independent company, LogistiQ has invested more than $30 million in manufacturing capabilities, engineering resources and a 750,000-square-foot campus in northern Ohio. Today, we have over 400 employees supporting customers across North America.
Technology will continue to evolve. Customer expectations will continue to rise. But our approach will never change. Stay curious. Keep listening. Build practical solutions that fit the businesses that rely on them every day.
Because, when the fit is right, everything moves more smoothly.
