CMA CGM Group entered into an agreement with energy company TotalEnergies to develop a logistics joint venture to implement and operate a liquefied natural gas (LNG) bunker supply solution at the port of Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

• DHL Aviation, the aviation business of DHL Express, launched Xcelerate, a premium fast-track airport-to-airport cargo product designed to offer customers priority shipping and service. It provides the fastest available shipping options with guaranteed capacity and shorter transit times. It allows for last-minute cargo acceptance with high loading priority.
• DP World Trade Finance and J.P. Morgan are collaborating to improve companies’ access to working capital in emerging markets. Through risk-sharing mechanisms, the collaboration seeks to enhance trade finance availability, support working capital needs, and strengthen global trade flows.
• Warp opened LTL lanes to shippers through its new offering Lane Blitz, providing access to its LTL network with transparent pricing, no terminal dependency, and no minimums. Lane Blitz is designed to help shippers navigate NMFC reclassification changes.

↑ Equipped with on-board cameras and LiDAR sensors to identify pallets in real time, the new FoxBot autonomous forklift Mk3 can work safely in warehouse environments. The sensor suite on the Mk3 was expanded to improve the forklift’s ability to dynamically track and understand its surroundings.
• HUBTEX launched two new electric multidirectional sideloaders: the MSL 50 and the MAXX 50. The MSL 50 is designed for longer transport distances outdoors while the MAXX 50 is ideal for narrow warehouse aisles as well as for loading and unloading trucks outdoors.
• The new e-Sense tag from Energous is a battery-free, maintenance-free wireless sensor for location and temperature monitoring. Fully encapsulated and waterproof, the tag can be used for cold chain monitoring and continuously reports temperature and location data to Energous’ cloud platform.
↑ Safe Load’s innRecord DR4-03 and DR4-04 Environmental, Shock & Vibration Data Recorders can capture and analyze transportation data such as vibrations, shocks, pitch, and roll, while also monitoring GPS location, temperature, humidity, and pressure. Easy to mount on boxes, pallets, or trucks, the devices are compatible with the innSoft Analyze App.
Transportation
↑ Crowley launched a direct maritime route connecting the U.S. Northeast with the Caribbean and Central America, improving import lead times. The new service links Philadelphia’s Gloucester Marine Terminal with ports in Guatemala and Honduras, slashing standard shipping times from nearly three weeks to six days.
• BNSF Railway launched expedited intermodal service from Los Angeles to Houston, cutting two days from previous transit times.
• Averitt added Best Overnite Express to its network of vetted partner carriers, expanding its direct LTL service into key California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona markets.
• Swiss WorldCargo entered into Lufthansa Cargo and United Cargo’s joint business agreement. The airlines will cooperate on cargo traffic between more than 200 destinations in the United States to Zurich and Frankfurt.
Technology
• Transfix expanded its pricing capabilities to include flatbed for both spot and contract freight. Customers can now leverage Transfix’s technology to price and source flatbed shipments.
• Marsh McLennan now offers a tariff simulator enhancement to its AI-powered supply chain platform Sentrisk. The tariff simulator enables clients to quickly assess their exposure to various trade scenarios. It can model changing trade policies by supply chain tier, type of goods, and individual supplier relationships.
• EMATE Consulting launched the ShoreFinder solution for companies considering relocating manufacturing in order to nearshore or onshore. It provides decision support for country assessments, logistics costs, current tariffs in more than 100 countries, and information on Incoterms.
• Resilinc introduced an Agentic AI platform which integrates Microsoft Azure cloud and AI capabilities. The supply chain orchestration solution combines Microsoft Azure’s cloud scale with Resilinc’s autonomous AI agents to detect, act on, and resolve disruptions and compliance risks in real time.
