↑ To mark the production of its 100,000th forklift, Combilift launched its largest-ever worldwide competition, offering the exclusive 100,000th “Golden Prize” multidirectional Combi-CBE. The company donated all proceeds raised to UNICEF Ireland’s Children’s Emergency Fund.

• Bleckmann added Au Vodka as a new client, going live in 7 days. For a subsequent flavor launch, Bleckmann shipped all orders out within 24 hours of being placed.

↑ Ferrari signed a multi-year agreement with CEVA Logistics, under which CEVA continues as the official logistics provider and premium partner of both Scuderia Ferrari HP and—new for 2026—Ferrari Hypercar. Under the new contract, CEVA manages comprehensive logistics for Scuderia Ferrari HP while adding support to Ferrari’s Hypercar motorsports activities.
Green Seeds

↑ DHL Supply Chain took delivery of its first all-electric Tesla Semi following a successful pilot in California, where the truck covered over 3,000 miles of regular routes. Now the truck travels approximately 100 miles per day, requires charging about once per week, and offers a range of up to 500 miles fully loaded.

↑ Averitt has continued its commitment to environmental responsibility and community engagement through a recent contribution supporting Cummins Falls, Fall Creek Falls, and Burgess Falls state parks. Located near Averitt’s corporate campus in Tennessee, these parks are important landmarks for the region. Averitt’s contribution helps support ongoing conservation and education efforts.

↑ DHL Global Forwarding and CMA CGM agreed to jointly use 8,990 metric tons of UCOME second-generation biofuel, enabling an estimated 25,000 metric tons of CO₂e well-to-wake emission reduction for ocean freight transported under DHL’s GoGreen Plus service.

↑ Maritime Fusion, a fusion energy company developing first-of-a-kind reactors for maritime and off-grid applications, closed a $4.5 million seed round led by Trucks VC, with participation from Paul Graham, Alumni Ventures, Aera VC, Y Combinator, and several strategic angel investors. The capital accelerates the company’s mission to develop its HTS cable technology and bring fusion power to the commercial shipping industry before grid-scale adoption.

M&A

↑ Carlile Transportation and Naniq Global Logistics combined activities. Moving forward, both companies will go to market as one unified organization under the Carlile brand. This strategic integration enables Alaska-based Carlile to expand its services into the Hawaii market for the first time.
• Sogedim SpA, an Italian logistics operator, acquired Transtir S.r.l., a Modena-based company specializing in forwarding and logistics services, along with its incorporated company Fratelli Meoni SpA of Prato.

↑ RPM Freight Systems acquired Dealers Choice Auto Transport. This strategic move is designed to bridge the gap between large-scale logistics and specialized dealership service, ensuring that customers on both sides of the transaction experience faster, more transparent, and high-quality vehicle transport.
• IFS entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Softeon, a provider of cloud-native warehouse management, warehouse execution, and distributed order management solutions. This strategic move creates an integrated platform that connects manufacturing operations seamlessly with intelligent warehouse execution.

↑ CEVA Logistics signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of logistics firm Fagioli Group. The complementary capabilities enable CEVA to cover the entire project logistics value chain, offering solutions from early-stage development to final delivery.
• MGN Logistics completed its ninth self-funded acquisition with the purchase of Fast Service LLC, an expedited logistics brokerage. The acquisition represents the newest strategic addition in a series of growth initiatives by MGN to expand its freight management business and accelerate adoption of its proprietary transportation management system.
• Manco Logistics finalized the acquisition of the logistics assets of Hickory Transportation Solutions (HTS), a Jacksonville-based logistics and transportation services specialist. The acquisition includes HTS’s logistics contracts, transportation management systems, warehousing operations, and select service personnel.

← A.P. Moller-Maersk appointed Ditlev Blicher as the new regional president for North America. He assumes the role after most recently serving as the company’s regional president for Asia Pacific since 2023.
→ Crowley announced that Megan Davidson will succeed Ray Fitzgerald as chief operating officer. Fitzgerald served as COO for more than five years; he will continue as an advisor to Crowley as he transitions to his anticipated retirement in 2026.
