Evans Distribution Systems is a full-service third-party logistics company based in Metro Detroit. We operate nearly 5 million square feet of dedicated and multi-customer warehousing space. Our transportation operation includes 130 drivers and 400 trailers. Our five core business units include:

• Warehousing—Dedicated, multi-client, Foreign Trade Zone, ISO-certified, hazmat red label, rail-served, food-grade, and liquor licensed.
• Fulfillment—B2B or B2C omni-channel ecommerce, subscription box fulfillment, integrations, same-day order processing, small parcel rate optimization, and custom reporting.
• Value-Added Services—Contract packaging, kitting, repackaging, quality control, rework, containment, and inspection.
• Transportation—Asset-based and non-asset-based transportation solutions including drayage, LTL, full truckload, just-in-time, expedite services, transloading, and crossdocking.
• Staffing—Outsourced staffing solution providing qualified labor to manage dedicated facilities and support seasonal or labor-intensive operations.

All of Evans’ multi-client facilities hold the ISO 9001:2015 certification. Quality management is part of Evans’ DNA, with company-wide engagement at every business unit, level, and location. It drives our ability to grow and meet customer requirements through continuous improvement. In addition, 2.3 million square feet is classified as Foreign Trade Zone, a service provided by Evans since 1987. Multiple facilities have food-grade and liquor licensing and 113,000 square feet of hazmat, red-label compliant space.

Our proprietary business intelligence tool, evans365, continues to be enhanced with interactive dashboards, real-time KPIs, financial documents, and a new container positioning tool, known as ezTracker.
