The Solution

SEKO has reduced Dippin’ Dots’ transportation costs by consolidating their LTL shipments into FTL regional deliveries received by SEKO hub facilities. SEKO’s training and quality managers also developed customized driver training and instructions to ensure all marketing and food safety requirements were met. The MySEKO portal was configured to provide visibility to all assets and supply chain information for logistics personnel, and pricing structures were simplified to enable accurate cost forecasting.

SEKO also created a customer satisfaction survey to ensure that their high-quality service delivery is maintained. Dippin’ Dots has improved their speed-to-market lead time by 50% and is expected to increase retail sales locations significantly in the first year of utilizing SEKO’s program.
