Patterson Warehouses—in operation since 1856—is one of the oldest continuously operating companies in the Memphis area and has been specializing in third-party warehousing and distribution services longer than any other 3PL in the Southeast.
A long-standing legacy of service, combined with our strategic central U.S. location, has enabled us to build a unique mix of customers and clients including importers, retail manufacturers, food and beverage producers, raw materials suppliers, web fulfillment resellers, and many others.
We are a leader in the logistics industry because of a deeply held philosophy of listening first and allowing our customers to define and describe their specific needs and service requirements. Our implementation team then designs and customizes all operational procedures and processes to ensure compliance and success with each distribution plan.
Patterson currently manages 2.5 million square feet of food-grade warehouse space across two operational campuses in the Memphis market. Strategically located inside the Airport Aerotropolis Zone in Memphis and just across the state line in North Mississippi, our facilities are equipped to handle the evolving needs of our clients.
